I visited the Herr Snack Factory located in Nottingham, PA. The tour brought us to see their production of pretzels, cheese puffs, tortilla chips, corn chips and normal good ole fashioned chips. It was nice to taste hot chips (crisps) straight off the fryer. An interesting tidbit, all the chips & snacks which fall on the floor are swept up and used as food for the cows at the Herr Beef Ranch nearby. So those Angus cows get a good dose of corn chip cow chow.

I was supposed to go with aunt PT’s chinese restraunteur friend to Philidelphia but they rushed off and could not wait. So I spent the rest of the day trying to catch up on the Bourne Trilogy. Uncle AT has a larger movie collection than I do. Amazing.
